Your identity on Leja is anchored to your Resident Identity Number (RIN): a permanent, portable identifier that follows you across every property, every city, and every role you occupy. Your RIN accumulates three tracks of economic identity:- Track 1 — Residential Identity: Your tenancy history, payment record, and deposit status, verified by the agents and managers who confirmed each event.
- Track 2 — Service Provider Identity: Your track record as a maintenance worker, cleaner, or other property-adjacent service professional.
- Track 3 — Property Consumer Identity: Your search behaviour, viewing attendance, rental applications, and short-let stays.
