Who uses Leja Professional

Solo agents are independent agents managing 1–20 units. They pay per transaction — no subscription required. Each confirmed payment, agreement, or receipt generates a witnessed record on their personal professional identity. Agencies and property management firms are registered businesses managing 20–500+ units. They subscribe to a monthly plan, unlock advanced features including anomaly detection, fraud alerts, payment prediction, and custom branding on all documents, and manage staff under their organisation profile. Both segments use the same core workflow. The difference is scale, subscription features, and whether deals are attributed to an individual’s identity or a firm’s.

The core workflow

Every tenancy in Leja Professional follows the same sequence, and every step creates a ledger event:
  1. Add a property — a Property RIN is issued and the property’s state determines which tenancy laws apply.
  2. Add a unit and tenant — the tenant receives a RIN silently; their payment history begins accumulating immediately.
  3. Create rent charges — the payment schedule is established.
  4. Confirm payments — each confirmation generates a state-compliant receipt and a witnessed payment event.
  5. Generate agreements — AI drafts a state-compliant tenancy agreement from the tenancy context.
  6. Export statements — landlord-ready financial summaries generated from the confirmed payment record.

State compliance

Documents generated in Leja Professional are compliant with the tenancy law of the property’s state, not your location. You do not configure this — Leja applies the correct legal template automatically when you enter the property address.
