Standard is the plan for active renters who want to use their verified payment history when applying for new accommodation. It includes the full Track 1 dashboard, profile sharing, consent management, and your access log. Saving ₦2,400 by paying annually makes Standard equivalent to 10 months for the price of 12.Pro — ₦3,000/month
Pro includes everything in Standard plus advanced analytics on your own payment patterns and residential history, priority profile visibility in search results when landlords are looking for verified applicants, and early access to Track 3 features as they roll out in Milestone Wave 3. Pro is appropriate if you are actively searching for a new property or you want the strongest possible profile position when applying.Provider Pro — ₦4,500/month
Provider Pro is built for service providers who use Track 2 to build their professional reputation. It includes the full Track 2 service marketplace (available Wave 3), advanced provider analytics showing your rating trends, repeat hire rate breakdown, and completion time distribution, boosted listing visibility in the marketplace, and job management tools for your client queue.Provider Pro is not required to appear in the service marketplace — you can accept and complete jobs on a Standard or Pro plan. No. Your Track 1 history is permanent and belongs to your RIN — it accumulates regardless of your subscription tier. If you cancel a paid plan and return to Free, your data is still there. You just lose access to the tools that let you share and manage it until you reactivate a paid plan.
