What It Does
Interprets accumulated witnessed records to produce living, trajectory-aware signals — not static scores. A score is a number. Trajectory Analysis: A tenant whose payments were inconsistent two years ago but perfectly consistent for eighteen months — the trajectory matters more than the average. AI sees this. A static score does not. Contextual Interpretation: A landlord whose dispute rate rose after acquiring a property in an area with structurally poor maintenance infrastructure — the cause matters. AI distinguishes structural context from behavioral pattern. A raw dispute count cannot. Behavioral Pattern Recognition: A service provider whose ratings dipped due to one difficult client vs. one whose ratings are declining systematically — different signals, different weights. AI distinguishes them. An average rating does not. Cross-Track Synthesis: A Resident user’s three tracks are one economic identity viewed from three angles. AI holds all three simultaneously and synthesizes them into a coherent picture more accurate than any single track alone. A bank’s mortgage model run on this synthesized identity outperforms any model run on traditional credit data alone.How It Generates Value
Every institutional API call is priced partly on the depth of the derived signal. An AI-interpreted signal that captures trajectory, context, and cross-track synthesis commands a higher price than a raw record count.
